Calculator Apps Privacy Policy
How ZeroHour Systems’ construction and field estimating calculators handle information on your device.
Effective October 2, 2026.
Scope
This policy applies to the Android calculator apps published by ZeroHour Systems. They are general construction and field estimating utilities.
Information handled on your device
The apps process the values you enter to calculate estimates. They may store settings, project or client labels, calculator inputs and results, saved estimate history, timestamps, and calculation assumptions in app-private storage on your Android device. Temporary report files may also be created in the app’s private cache when you choose to export or print a report. The apps use this information to perform calculations, remember preferences, restore saved work, and prepare reports you request.
Information we collect or share
The apps do not require an account or login. They contain no ads or analytics SDK, use no cloud sync or app-owned backend, and do not request Android’s INTERNET permission. ZeroHour Systems does not collect your calculator data from the apps or share it with others. The apps do not automatically send your inputs, estimates, settings, or reports to us or to another service.
Email, Share, and Print
Email, Share, and Print run only when you choose those actions. The app then hands the content or a temporary report file to the email app, sharing app, or print service you select through Android. That external app or service may process or retain the material under its own privacy practices. ZeroHour Systems does not control copies you choose to send outside the calculator app. Temporary report files may remain in the app’s private cache until replaced, cleared by Android, or removed when you clear app storage or uninstall.
Your choices and deletion
You can delete individual saved estimates and clear saved history in the app. You can also clear the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstall it to remove its locally stored data. These actions do not delete copies you previously sent to another app or print service.
Children
These general construction and field estimating utilities are not directed to children.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy if the apps’ data practices change. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@zerohour-systems.com.
